Sean Friedland

Sean Friedland is the Vice President of Sales at Customer First Insurance Agency, where he leads business development and strategic partnerships across multiple states. He brings extensive experience in commercial insurance and real estate risk management, helping property owners, investors, and business operators secure tailored coverage solutions.

Sean specializes in structuring complex insurance programs, including master property portfolios, habitational risks, and liability protection strategies. Known for his hands-on approach and responsiveness, he works closely with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their evolving needs.

He is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Philadelphia and supports community initiatives focused on youth leadership and scholarship programs. Beyond his professional role, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and participating in scouting activities.

Gaurav Gambhir

Gaurav Gambhir is a partner at Customer First Insurance and a seasoned leader in the Philadelphia market and Greater Pennsylvania region. Since graduating from Drexel University in 2002, he has amassed nearly two decades of expertise in financing, property management, and brokerage. His influence extends across multiple sectors as the CEO and Principal of TCS Management, Black Label Luxury, and the TCS Anika Homes investment fund.

Beyond his business ventures, Gaurav is deeply committed to civic and charitable causes. A Philadelphia resident for more than 20 years, he is an avid traveler who cherishes time spent with his wife, daughter, and friends.

Benjamin Oller

Benjamin Oller is a serial entrepreneur, who has successfully cultivated multiple businesses throughout numerous industries and a partner at CFI. His primary competency is developing strategic ancillary products within his sphere of influence. As a true entrepreneur, Ben is continuously developing new and exciting services across his firm’s growing business sectors.

His core focus is developing business solutions to enhance associate and client relationships. He continues to look for new ways to differentiate himself from his contemporaries. Benjamin lives in Haverford, PA with his wife Dana and their two children, Ava and Noah. Benjamin serves on the board of directors for the Gershman Y, a Philadelphia Jewish based community organization.

Cheryl Ambrozetes

Cheryl Ambrozetes has been with Customer First Insurance for over three years and specializes in personal lines, including home and auto, condo, and renters coverage, as well as insurance for investor-owned properties such as rental homes and builders risk projects.

She particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and real estate investors, taking the time to understand each client’s situation and build coverage that truly fits their needs. Cheryl is known for her straightforward approach, helping clients feel confident in their decisions without the confusion that often comes with insurance.

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three children and her nephew. Whether it’s bowling, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, or relaxing with popcorn during family movie nights, she values time spent together.

Vilmarie Alvarez

Vilmarie Alvarez is a member of the operations team at Customer First Insurance, where she supports clients across a range of personal and specialty insurance needs. Working with CFI for over a year, she has developed expertise in homeowners policies, builders risk, landlord coverage, and pet insurance.

Vilmarie is known for her attention to detail and thoughtful approach to client service, ensuring that each policy is handled with care and accuracy.

Away from the office, Vilmarie is a skilled pastry chef who enjoys expressing her creativity through baking, as well as hobbies like knitting, crocheting, painting, and drawing.

Ralph Pallarino

Ralph Pallarino was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, before relocating to the East Coast at age 14. He earned his degree from La Salle University, where he studied Risk Management and Accounting, building a strong foundation for his career in the insurance industry.

Ralph began his career with internships at Thomas Jefferson University’s Risk Management Department and later with one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms. After graduating, he joined Willis Corroon as a Junior Broker and Account Executive, gaining valuable experience in complex risk placement and client advisory.

He went on to spend over 20 years with a regional brokerage, where he became a Partner and developed deep expertise in real estate and construction insurance. Today, Ralph brings that experience to Customer First Insurance Agency, where he focuses on delivering consultative, customized insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Ralph enjoys cooking and playing tennis.

George S Spencer Jr.

George Spencer is a Strategic Account Executive at Customer First Insurance with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He works closely with real estate professionals, investors, and small business owners to provide tailored insurance solutions, with a particular focus on home and auto coverage.

George takes a consultative approach to client relationships, helping individuals and businesses assess risk, understand their options, and secure coverage that aligns with their needs. He is known for building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients.

When he’s not working with clients, George enjoys spending time with his family and his five children. Whether attending local and professional sporting events or supporting his children on the sidelines of their activities, he values being actively involved in their lives.

Jonathan Brown

Jonathan Brown is a Commercial Account Executive at Customer First Insurance, where he supports clients through onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service. He works closely with business owners to ensure their insurance coverage remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with their evolving needs.

With two years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts, Jonathan brings a detail-oriented and responsive approach to client service. He is currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and has previously been licensed in Life & Health insurance, as well as holding a real estate license, giving him a well-rounded understanding of client needs across related industries.

In his downtime, Jonathan enjoys cooking and mountain biking.

Allison Smith

Allison Smith is the newest member of the Customer First Insurance team. While she is new to the property and casualty sector, she brings five years of experience in title insurance, providing a strong foundation in real estate-related risk and transactions. She is currently pursuing her licensing and expanding her knowledge across new areas of the insurance industry.

A lifelong resident of Haddonfield, New Jersey, Allison is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her French bulldog, Lou. She also looks forward to summer weekends at the shore in Longport, where she enjoys relaxing with her family.
